BODY FOR SIN...HEAD FOR BUSINESS
ill Kelly may have a body built for sin. But
her head would be an asset in any business.
One of the biggest stars in adult films, Jill is a successful
executive, holding down three dream jobs that would
make any couch potato glad to get off his butt and
get to work. She runs her own website,
publishes the erotic periodical Fox Magazine, and heads her own video
production company.
Launched in April 2000, Jill
Kelly Productions releases 80 adult films a year (including the hot
girl/girl series "When the Boyz are away the Girlz will Play")
with beautiful nymphets such as Tyler Faith, Alexis Amore, and, of course,
Jill herself. Performers who sign with Jill's company not only get
to strut their stuff in front of the camera. They also get to
produce and direct their own features.
From a business standpoint, though, the company's main distinction might
be its policy of paying performers residuals on sales – something
unheard of in the adult industry. "We're
a little different, because I am talent, and have been for a long
time," Jill says. "Residuals are an incentive for
performers to make their product good. The more money we make, the more
money they'll make."

In an industry
where jealousy and backbiting (can you say "catfight"?) are
rampant, Jill is known as a nurturer, especially to her up-and-comers.
She recently took one of them, luscious 21 year old Haven, to New York for
a publicity/dancing tour. They appeared on the raunchy "RadioChick"
show. That morning's segment featured a girl/girl
video shoot, with amateur bi-babes coming up to the studio to frolic
on camera with Jill and Haven. Jill, however, was happy to just sit
back and narrate the action for the radio audience, while Haven did
naughty things with the two busty blondes. If only every boss could
be like that!
